We invite you to reserve vendor space(s) at this year’s event, celebrating rescue dogs and the bond between people and their pets. K9 & Keiki Carnival features games, activities and contests for dogs and children, vendor booths, food trucks, entertainment and plenty of fun! Proceeds from this event will support FAF’s ongoing mission of rescuing Hawaii’s less fortunate dogs as well as educating our Keiki about animal welfare and responsible pet ownership.
Date and Time: Vendors are expected to be set-up and fully operational during the hours of: 10:45am until 3:00pm. This is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine. Majority of booth spaces are located on grass.
*Note: Sponsors that receive a “Premier”booth location will be on cement, under the pavilion, unless otherwise notified.*
Booth Space/Fee: A single booth space is 10’x10’ and each vendor’s operations must be contained within the perimeter of the vendor’s reserved booth space(s). Tents, tables, chairs and all other supplies are at the responsibility of each vendor. All tents must be secured. You are allowed to stake tents into the ground.
For-Profit Businesses = $50.00
Non-profit (501c3) Organization = $25.00
If you require more than one 10’x10’ booth space, you may purchase more than one booth to accommodate your needs. Please indicate this on the Vendor Application. FAF will be the sole determinant of assigned spaces and make every effort to honor requests. Every effort is made to provide separation between competitor booths when possible, but is not guaranteed.
Carnival Passport: All attendees will be given an “Carnival Passport” upon entrance. The passport encourages attendees to interact with all vendors, with the incentive of winning a prize if they “complete” their passport. A “completed” passport means they have visited all vendor booths.
*NOTE: All vendor booths will be given small stickers to place on each passport as attendees visit their booths. Please place only ONE sticker on each passport, no more.
Booth Activity: We highly encourage vendors to have a fun activity for kids and attendees to do when they visit your booth.
Food and Beverage Vendors: We will be accepting a limited number of Food Truck and Food/Beverage Vendors on a first come, first serve basis. All vendors must be in compliance with required Department of Health permitting and licenses.
Signage: Each exhibitor may bring their own signage for display. Signage must fit within the perimeter of the vendor’s reserved booth space(s).
Cleanliness and Waste Disposal: Vendors are responsible for taking all trash with them at the end of the event. Vendors must clean their booth space completely at the close of the event, leaving nothing behind on event grounds.
