Willa came to us via our pals @k9kokua as a homeless dog. What was heartbreaking is that Willa never had a proper family. She was passed around and used as a prop for the panhandlers to gain sympathy. She never belonged to anyone. And what’s worse is that she was pregnant!She was a wonderful mama, very protective of her pups, but still weary of people. Through the love and patience of her foster mama she gained more confidence and trust in people, but she still had a ways to go. Fast forward to today, she found the purfect fit in her new family! She even has a birdie sibling (she still needs to warm up, but hoping one day she will accept birdie Mia as family too). As u can see, Willa NKA Mika, has also brought lots of joy to her new ohana <3
