GOTCHA DAY: MARCH 2024

Sweet girl Koa is still a little shy. She follows her foster mama everywhere and has warmed up to her furry friend, and will slowly accept pets from her foster mama. We know one day soon she will come around, but for scared dogs like Koa, the key is to be patient and not to force anything. There’s a reason for her timidness, so building that trust is so important. Letting her come around on her time will only continue to reinforce trust with her foster, and in time we know she will come around and want all the scratchies. She’s very sweet and would make a wonderful companion in a home with other loving pups and people.
